The Blue Raiders continued there overall athletic success in the Sun Belt by winning the Sun Belt baseball tournament over Louisiana-Monroe today.
Football may have lacked last season, but both the women's basketball team and the baseball team won Sun Belt championships this season.
The Blue Raiders now have an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament by winning the Sun Belt tournament. The Blue Raiders finished with a remarkable 43-16 record en route to winning their second Sun Belt championship.
MTSU athletics are now going to get even more national exposure thanks to the baseball team by appearing in the NCAA tournament. Simply put, it's a good time to be a Blue Raider! Go Blue!!!!
